Herbs for Metabolism

Hypothyroid:

The endocrine system (thyroid, pancreas, adrenals and many other glands and organs) is a sophisticated chemical communications system within the body.  With so many new chemicals being marketed each year, it is any person’s guess how these chemicals individually, or in combination, affect the bodies chemical communication system.  We do know that there are new classifications of synthetic chemicals that are known “endocrine disruptors” found most often in pesticides.  There is an absolute flood of these compounds in our living environments and it is taking its toll on us as humans as well as the rest of the animal, plant and microbial world that uses these sophisticated chemical communications systems.

The conventional tests for hypothyroid are meaningless!!! The TSH test is not an adequate test for assessing thyroid function!  See www.wilsonssyndrome.com for an abundance of information on the most effective means of determining if a person has low thyroid function.

HYPOthyroid or Low thyroid can be caused by a bacteria or a toxin that causes damage and/or imbalance to the tender thyroid gland.  Cigarette smoke, pesticides, heavy metal toxicity, and iodine look-alikes such as chlorine, bromine, and fluorine can be the cause of low thyroid.

Herbal treatments can be very effective at treating low-thyroid function but because successful treatments for the chronic diseases need to account for an individuals’ symptom picture and constitution therefore a consultation is necessary for successful treatment of these types of problems.

Symptoms for low-thyroid function look very much like other chronic diseases, Lyme and coinfections, Crohn’s disease and a host of others.  See links below:

Crohns disease

Lyme disease

Symptoms of low thyroid function include: fatigue, headaches/migranes, pms, irritability, edema, anxiety/panic, hair loss, depression, memory issues/brain fog, loss of libido, nail issues, low motivation, constipation, easy weight gain, irritable bowel syndrome, dry skin/hair, insomnia, hives, asthma, allergies, slow healing, hot/cold sensitivity, acne, carpal tunnel syndrome, tinnitus, eye disturbances and so many more.  It is critical if you are experiencing many of these symptoms that you see a qualified health care practitioner to determine what cause underlies this constellation of problems!

Hyperthyroid Disease:

Herbal treatments can be very effective at treating over-active thyroid but because successful treatments for the chronic diseases need to account for an individuals’ symptom picture and constitution therefore a consultation is necessary for successful treatment of these types of problems.

Diabetes:

Herbal medicines can be very effective as part of an overall protocol to keep help heal and strengthen the pancreas.  Several herbs have been used for thousands of years to regenerate healthy pancreatic tissues in people with diabetes.  A motivated person following an herbal protocol can reverse Type II Diabetes!

Because successful treatments for the chronic diseases need to account for an individuals’ symptom picture and constitution therefore a consultation is necessary for successful treatment of these types of problems.

Adrenal Dysfunction:

Herbal treatments can be very effective at treating dysfunctioning adrenal glands but because successful treatments for the chronic diseases need to account for an individuals’ symptom picture and constitution therefore a consultation is necessary for successful treatment of these types of problems.

There can be many causes of dysfunctioning adrenal glands. Symptoms for this look very much like other chronic diseases, Hypothyroid, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lyme Disease and coinfections, Crohn’s Disease and a host of others.  See links below:
